Pre-Visit Checklist

Ensure your data and privacy are protected before you drop off your device.

1. Secure Your Data

Always perform a fresh backup to iCloud or your computer to safeguard your photos and files.

2. Manage Your Wallet

• Apple Cash: Deactivate via Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay.

• Digital Passes: Remove any active cards or transit passes from the Wallet App.

3. Disable Tracking

Toggle off Find My in your iCloud settings.

Note: If Stolen Device Protection is active, you may need to initiate this an hour before your appointment if you are not in a "Familiar Location."

4. What to Bring

To ensure a smooth check-in process, please have the following ready:

• The device requiring service (and any related accessories).

• A government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport).

• Your original sales receipt (if available).
