1. Dispatch & Shipping Timelines

iHDM Info Technologies commits to transferring your purchased items to our designated logistics partners or postal services within 10 - 15 business days of payment verification, or according to the specific timeline established during your order confirmation.

• Third-Party Delays: While we guarantee timely dispatch, we are not held accountable for transit delays caused by courier schedules, postal backlogs, or unforeseen logistical hurdles once the package has left our facility.

• Destination Protocol: To ensure security, all shipments will be routed exclusively to the registered billing addressassociated with your payment method, unless an alternative recipient address was formally specified and approved at the time of purchase.

2. Transit Liability & Package Integrity

While we take every precaution to secure your items for travel, iHDM Info Technologies holds no liability for damages, theft, or mishandling that occurs during the transition from our warehouse to your doorstep. Our responsibility concludes upon the successful handover of the consignment to the carrier.

3. Order Consolidation

We aim to deliver your complete order in a single shipment. However, due to stock distribution or the physical nature of certain products, your items may occasionally arrive in multiple installments. We appreciate your patience in these instances.

4. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

In strict adherence to Indian Tax Regulations, every shipment—including those designated as gifts—will be accompanied by a comprehensive commercial invoice declaring the full purchase value. We cannot bypass these statutory requirements.

5. Service Coverage

• Domestic Deliveries: We utilize reputable domestic couriers and national Speed Post services for all local orders. Arrival times are subject to the standard operating norms of the respective carrier.

• International Shipping: At this time, our logistics network is restricted to domestic operations. We do not facilitate international shipping.
