Pre-Order & Registration Terms:

By proceeding with this registration, you acknowledge and consent to the following provisions regarding the iHDm Info Technologies LLP iPhone intake program:

1. Allocation & Availability

• No Guarantee of Supply: Participation in this registration is voluntary. Enrollment does not ensure the availability of a specific model, nor does it guarantee delivery by the official launch date or any specific deadline.

• Non-Entitlement: Successful registration acts as an expression of interest and does not constitute a binding contract for guaranteed delivery.

• Quantity Limits: To ensure fair distribution, customers are restricted to one (1) unit per registration.

2. Purchase Commitments

• Transaction Window: Should your selected model become available, you agree to finalize the full purchase within 24 hours of notification. Failure to do so may result in the unit being allocated to the next person in line.

• End-User Agreement: This device is intended for personal use only. By purchasing, you certify that the unit will not be redirected for resale or commercial distribution.

3. Liability & Cancellations

• Fulfillment Limitation: Venus Data Products assumes no liability for an inability to satisfy specific inventory demands.

• Order Retraction: To void a registration, a formal written request must be submitted. All cancellations are governed by our standard refund protocols.

• Advance Payments: If a registration is canceled, any initial deposits will be returned. However, payments originally made via Credit or Debit Card will incur a 2.5% processing fee.

4. Refund Protocols

• Method of Reimbursement: All eligible refunds will be issued exclusively via Account Payee Cheque.

• Processing Time: Please allow a window of 15 business days following your written cancellation request for the refund to be finalized.

5. Data Privacy & Disputes

• Confidentiality: Venus Data Products maintains strict confidentiality regarding registration lists. We will not disclose participant data to third parties or other customers.

• Authorized Data Sharing: You grant permission for your details to be shared with Apple India Pvt. Ltd. and authorized distributors (such as Ingram Micro India Ltd.) solely for registration validation and supply chain coordination.

• Dispute Resolution: iHDM Info Technologies retains the absolute right to nullify any registration at its discretion in the event of a dispute or breach of these terms.
