In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is compromised, faulty, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no additional expense, provided the following criteria are met:

  1. Reporting Window: Discrepancies or damages must be reported to our team within 24 hours of receipt.

  2. Product State: Items must remain factory-sealed, unused, and unopened. All original branding, price tags, and documentation must be present.

  3. Transit Security: Returns must be packaged securely to prevent damage during the return journey.

  4. Verification: Eligibility for returns is subject to category-specific restrictions and a post-delivery quality inspection.
